Who we help

Financial firms at every stage, from a fintech getting ready for its first bank partner to an established institution modernizing the systems its customers and staff rely on.

  • Insurance agencies and financial advisers who book appointments and run community events
  • Fintech startups preparing for SOC 2 or a bank partnership through banking-as-a-service
  • Small lenders, credit unions and loan servicers moving off spreadsheets and manual processing
  • Community and regional banks modernizing digital channels, payments and core integrations
  • Insurers modernizing policy, claims and agent portals
  • Wealth and asset managers improving client onboarding, reporting and advisor tools
  • Enterprise finance teams tightening close, controls and reporting on NetSuite, Dynamics 365 or SAP
02

Outcomes

What changes when the work is done well. We agree the measures with you during discovery and report against them.

  • A security and compliance posture that holds up in a bank partner's due diligence or an examiner's review
  • Customer onboarding with know-your-customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) checks automated, and analysts working exceptions instead of every file
  • Instant payments running alongside ACH and cards, with reconciliation that keeps pace
  • Fraud controls that spot synthetic identities and deepfake attempts earlier and give analysts a clear queue
  • Finance and risk teams working from one governed version of the numbers

What we do

Our five practices applied to financial services: product, platforms, AI, cloud and data, each designed for the scrutiny of partners, auditors and regulators.

What this covers

  • Customer and partner apps: digital banking, lending portals, onboarding flows and advisor tools
  • Real-time payments on the RTP network and FedNow, alongside ACH, wires and cards
  • Open banking and data-access APIs for secure, consented data sharing with aggregators and partners
  • AI agents for servicing, operations and analysis, run under your model risk management framework
  • KYC and AML automation: identity verification, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring and case management
  • Cloud foundations and data platforms on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, built for regulated workloads

Compliance and security

  • AI models and agents documented, validated and monitored to fit model risk management expectations
  • People approve credit, fraud and account decisions, and every AI-assisted action is logged
  • Clear adverse action reasons where AI informs a lending decision

Example use cases

Typical projects, from a startup's first bank partnership to programs inside established institutions.

  • EA Pinder III & Associates (insurance and financial services): a website with booking built in, forms into the Intake queue and SMS opt-in that meets carrier rules; the Ceety Platform for about 15 agents, with reminders, reply-to-confirm, events and follow-up
  • Bank partnership readiness: SOC 2 controls, due diligence evidence and a compliance program map for a fintech entering a banking-as-a-service arrangement
  • Digital lending: application, document collection and decision workflow for a small lender, integrated with its loan servicing system
  • Instant payments: FedNow or RTP connectivity for a credit union or community bank, with fraud checks and reconciliation
  • Fraud defense: identity verification and liveness checks that flag synthetic identities and deepfaked documents for analyst review
  • KYC and AML operations: document AI and an AI agent that assemble case files for an analyst to review and decide
  • Insurance claims intake: document AI reads first notice of loss and supporting documents and routes each claim by complexity
  • Finance modernization: a growing company moved from QuickBooks to NetSuite or Dynamics 365 Business Central, with controls ready for SOX
05

Integrations

We work with the cores, processors and data providers you already use, through their supported APIs.

  • Cores and banking platforms: Fiserv, Jack Henry, FIS, Temenos and banking-as-a-service providers
  • Payments: FedNow, the RTP network, ACH, card processors, Stripe and Adyen
  • Data access and identity verification: Plaid, MX, Finicity and identity verification providers
  • Finance and CRM: NetSuite, Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and HubSpot
  • Data and analytics: Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric and BigQuery
  • Identity: Microsoft Entra ID and Okta, with passkeys and phishing-resistant multi-factor authentication
06

Compliance and security

Built to the frameworks your regulators, partners and auditors use, with evidence ready when they ask for it.

  • Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA): safeguards for customer financial information, including encryption, access control and vendor oversight
  • Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS): cardholder data scoped, segmented and protected wherever you handle cards
  • SOC 2 and ISO 27001 readiness: controls, policies and evidence, working alongside your auditor
  • Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls for public companies: access, change management and segregation of duties in financial systems
  • GDPR alignment where you serve customers in the EU
  • We deploy in the regions your obligations require — including the US and EU — on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
  • Zero trust access, signed builds and software bills of materials (SBOMs) for the software we deliver
07

How we work

Small, reviewable steps, with security and evidence built in from the first sprint rather than added at the end.

  • Discover: short workshops to map goals, systems, data flows and the controls you already have
  • Blueprint: architecture, control mapping and a release plan, with early wins identified up front
  • Build: phased releases, each tested, documented and reviewed with your product, risk and compliance teams
  • Run: monitoring, maintenance and improvement after go-live, with evidence kept current for audits and exams
08

Timeline

One model for every engagement. Dates are estimates we confirm after discovery, not promises.

  • Discover: typically 1–2 weeks
  • First working release: typically within 6–10 weeks
  • Larger programs continue in phased releases; a full platform go-live is typically about 90 days
  • After go-live: ongoing support and improvement, if you want it
09

Engagement options

Three ways to work with us. Start with the one that fits and move to the next when it makes sense.

  • Assess: a fixed-scope SOC 2, partner-readiness or architecture assessment, with a prioritized plan you can act on with or without us
  • Build: a delivery program in phased releases, from a first product or integration to a platform modernization
  • Run: ongoing support and improvement after go-live, including monitoring, maintenance and updates as systems and rules change

FAQs

Straight answers to the questions financial teams ask us most.

Can you help us prepare for a bank partner's due diligence?
Yes, on the technology and controls side. We put SOC 2-aligned controls, policies and evidence in place and map them to what the bank will ask for. The partner bank and your auditor make the final call.
Do you replace core banking systems?
No. We integrate with your core through its supported APIs and modernize what customers and staff use around it. A core conversion is a separate decision we can help you assess.
How do you handle AI under model risk management?
We document each model and agent, test and validate it before release, monitor it in production and keep people approving consequential decisions, so it fits your framework and your examiners can review it.
Can you support FedNow and RTP?
Yes, through your core provider, your payment processor or a direct connection, depending on what your institution uses. We also build the fraud checks and reconciliation that instant payments need.
Do you work with small lenders and credit unions?
Yes, with work sized to match: a focused first release on the systems you already use, and security controls proportionate to your risk.
How long does a first release take?
Discovery typically takes 1–2 weeks, and a first working release typically follows within 6–10 weeks, depending on integrations and scope. We confirm the estimate after discovery.
