Account & Data Deletion

Ceety Ops is the staff mobile app for businesses on the Ceety Systems Operations Platform. Here is how to delete your account and the personal data associated with it.

In the app (fastest)

Open Ceety Ops and go to Account → Delete my account. Confirming records a deletion request with your workspace and signs you out immediately.

By email

Email privacy@ceetysystems.com from your work email with the subject “Ceety Ops account deletion”.

What happens next

Because Ceety Ops accounts are provisioned by your employer, your workspace administrator processes the request: your sign-in is deactivated and your personal data (profile, device push tokens) is deleted within 30 days.
Business records of the workspace (e.g., client files and communications you worked on) belong to the workspace and may be retained by it to meet legal and regulatory obligations — with your personal identifiers removed where required.
Deleting the app from your device does not delete your account — use one of the methods above.
