About this programme
ES-CEETY INC. (Ceety Systems) runs a text-messaging programme for people who contact us through our website. It is used for meeting logistics — never for anything else, and never for client project data.
Messages we send:
- Confirmation that we received your enquiry.
- Scheduling a discovery call, check-in or workshop.
- Confirmations, reminders and changes for a meeting you booked.
Who receives them: only people who send us an enquiry on our website, through the contact form or the chat assistant, and tick the optional consent box there. We do not buy, rent or import phone numbers for texting.
How people opt in
The opt-in lives on our contact form at https://www.ceetysystems.com/contact, beside the phone number field. It is a single box, for messages about a meeting only. It is unchecked by default and the form submits whether or not it is ticked.
The same box, with the same wording, also appears in the chat assistant on our website. When a visitor starts a project or call-back request, it shows beneath the message field, unchecked, with the Privacy Policy and Terms links. Ticking it shows the full wording, and the chat continues whether or not it is ticked. Typing in the chat never counts as consent: only a tick of the box does.
