Monthly plans have a 12-month minimum term. If you pay annually, you get 2 months free.

What happens to my data if I leave?

Your data is always yours. You can export it at any time, whichever way you work with us, and that doesn’t change when you leave.

Should I own my website or subscribe?

Subscribing means we build, host, maintain, secure and improve your website on a plan, and the Ceety Platform comes with it. Owning means a website built for a one-off price from $3,500, handed over with the code, with an optional care plan at $99/month. With rent to own, a subscription website becomes yours after 24 months, or sooner with a buyout. The Ceety Platform itself is always a subscription.

Are text messages included?

Growth includes 500 texts a month and Pro includes 1,500. Extra texts are billed at low per-message rates. Carrier text fees are not included in any plan.

Can you move us off GoHighLevel?

Yes. Moving from GoHighLevel is included on Growth, Pro and Custom. We bring over contacts, companies, conversations, appointments, notes, tasks and form submissions. Sensitive fields such as card numbers and Social Security numbers are never imported.

What else is included that businesses usually pay for separately?

Branded QR codes with scan tracking come with every plan. We make them for you and can change where a code points without reprinting. Growth and Pro also include the event center: event pages, QR check-in, follow-up texts and event reports. On Essentials, events are an add-on.

Can I sign up online?

No. Every build is custom, so every client starts with a free consultation and a discovery, which is included in the onboarding fee. You approve a blueprint of exactly what we’ll build before anything is built.
